ICE HONGKONG ON THE TOP, THE MOST DELICIOUS COLDSTONE ICE CREAM.

In this blog, I want to talk an ice cream stall in Ciputra Mall, Semarang City. That's right, This is Ice Hongkong On The Top, I found it when I want to try something new in Ciputra Mall and I found some people are queue up in the stall and I want to know what's going on in this stall and I know that is the Ice Cream Cube that it is cooked in the plate named cold stone that it is using nitrogen as a fuel. 

When I ask some information to the shopkeeper, I found that it used some variation of ice cream plate and menus like cone, basket, rainbow cone, laboratory ice cream, cloud ice cream, balloon ice cream, and milkshake.  Especially for Basket Ice Cream, you can choose 2 flavours including 1 condiments for it. I try to order Basket Ice Cream with Chocolate and Green Tea Flavour with Choco Brownie Condiment. 

The price for this menu is only Rp 17,000,00 and I try the Ice Cream,Oh My God, the taste is very delicious and so creamy because the ice cream is cooked in the coldstone plate with liquified nitrogen burner. Choco brownie for condiment in this ice cream is rather delicious and basket cone is so crunchy. If you want to try this Ice Cream you can find it at 2nd Floor at Ciputra Mall Semarang, in front of Ichiban Sushi Restaurant and Ta Wan Restaurant.
